What should I wear?

Please wear semi-formal or cocktail attire. We love to see everyone all dressed up!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather. Cocktail hour will be held in an indoor/outdoor space, with lawn games (weather permitting). The reception will be held indoors.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Bus transportation to and from the wedding venue will be available from Cochrane (see Bus Transport page for details). Taxi transportation is also available for Airdrie/Calgary residents through Yellow Cabs Airdrie. We’d recommend that guests from Calgary or further plan to stay in a hotel in Cochrane to take advantage of the buses. Alternatively, taxis and Ubers are available from Airdrie. Note that there is no Uber services available from Cochrane, only taxi.

Can I bring my trailer to stay overnight?

Yes. Trailers can be parked in the parking lot for the evening. Please note the following:

• There is no hook up to water/electricity and no tents are allowed.

• The party cannot continue in the parking lot past 1:00 am

• All trailers must be out of parking lot by 10:00 am the following day as there is another wedding on Sunday.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We suggest that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time (so please arrive at 3:30pm for the 4:00pm ceremony).

Can I bring a plus one?

We will inform you if a plus one is included in your invitation. Please RSVP accordingly.
